A fun dessert that combines the flavor and texture of cake with the shape of a popsicle. It’s made by mixing crumbled cake and shaping it around a popsicle stick, and coating the outside in chocolate or candy melts for a smooth shell.
Decorated with sprinkles, drizzles, edible glitter, or themed designs, making them popular for birthdays, holidays, weddings, and dessert tables. They’re similar to cake pops, but larger and shaped like an ice cream bar.
